Seems everyone is fascinated by the light of a burning campfire, as we sit around and watch it burn.  Many times, during the late evening hours, I enjoy watching a simple candle burn, as it gives of a soothing effect, in a completely dark room.  I have always wanted to attempt to capture a burning candle on canvas, and set aside some time to make an effort to do so.  This is that effort, done in acrylic, it was a challenge to capture that glowing light, and I really enjoyed putting it all together.  Once completed, I felt it fitting to put the verse from “Psalm 18:28” on the print, it has given me, personally, inspiration and hope.  I hope that those of you who elect to own a copy of this signed edition will gain the same strength from its message as I have.
