  • Bufflehead Hen Sleeper Duck Decoy Original Paint Floater Mint by Danny Lee Heuer.
  • This decoy is from my (deceased) fathers estate and duck decoy collection.
  • Hand carved and painted by Danny Lee Heuer out of Michigan High Ground White Cedar circa 1990's.
  • Approximate size is; 9" in length by 5/3/4" high and 4 1/4"" wide, a nice size working decoy.
  • The bottom of the decoy has dad's initials carved into it as the picture shows, a common practice to most of his carvings.
  • We floated and hunted this decoy over a 4 year period, with strict instructions not to shoot near it!
  • After hunting over this decoy, it was retired to his collection room to join many others he put on the shelf.
