Ride on the Wind
Emotions of mine, so gentle and kind,
Ride on the wind search for my true love to find.
My heart is free, it terribly longs to be,
Held with a gentle love by your hands for all to see.
These dreams I do share, your love how I dare,
Flying high, my heart in the sky, my love do you care.
Ride on the wind, yes ride on the wind with this love of ours,
No earthly bounds hold my love so bold, for you all the world’s flowers.
Come away with me my love, it's been granted in heaven above,
I have much to give for we will live, pure as the soaring white dove.
My heart runs wild, I feel like a child each time you appear,
Strong to see, my love to be, yes at times I am filled with fear.
Ride on the wind, where true love begins, I give you a perfect star,
Mind and soul, true love’s only goal, I reach out to you from afar.
Your fragrance is in my mind, never could I find with you cloudy skies,
For from long ago, I grew and now know, my love of you so flies.
So come with me, let this love be, ride on the wind as we go away,
For it matters not what is real, only what we feel, my love our hearts we
must obey.
From now and evermore, I will always adore this true love from your birth,
High in the sky, I ride on the wind, soaring with truth forever to love you
as I slowly return to this earth.
